一間小雜貨店對面新開了一家大型連鎖商店，這家商店即將打垮雜貨店的生意。

“有難題嗎?”農夫問。“是的，”這個人回答。

“我的轎車載進這個洞里了。你能幫助我嗎?”

“也許可以，”農夫回答。“但是我非常忙。”

“如果你幫助我，我將付您錢，”這個人說。

“好吧。”農夫說。

農夫用他的拖拉機把轎車從洞里拉了出來，然后這個人付給他很多錢。

這個男人看著農夫說，“你日夜從這個洞里拉轎車出來一定賺了很多錢。”

“實際上不是這樣，”農夫說。

“為什么不?”這個男人問。“這個洞非常深，有很多陷進去的人請求幫助。但是我

沒有日夜賺錢，因為我在晚上不拉汽車出來。”

“在晚上我忙著往這個洞里面注水，”農夫回答。
