以上的開發(fā)信只是針對任意一家公司,如果要想開發(fā)信更成功,你就得研究或者了
解一下這個公司的情況再發(fā)。
有的開發(fā)信中,并不能把所有東西都一一列出來,所以一天發(fā)個100封的開發(fā)信的
人,一天很難記下前天發(fā)給誰了,日后很難去跟蹤,也不知道自己以前說了什么,
如果是這樣,最好做個記錄;郵件已發(fā)出3天之內(nèi),馬上再發(fā)一封郵件跟蹤,過2
如沒有回復(fù),再發(fā)一封了解,第三封郵件剛發(fā)后30分鐘,馬上給個電話。
記住,成功的開發(fā)信,一般要有電話跟蹤才能比較有效果,當然有幸運的人,或是
客戶也正好有詢價,有貨采購才會直接跟你聯(lián)系,所以為什么要日后電話溝通的原
因。現(xiàn)在一般一個客戶一天能收到很多信,你只有電話過去了,說明你請況,他才

6.有選擇的情況下,不要用陳述句,要用選擇句型比如外貿(mào)人常用的our

另外,就是在要提出解決辦法的時候,一定要用1,2,3....簡潔明白的說出來,

7.注意中式英語,很多都是習(xí)慣問題,我們自己看的很明白,很清楚,但是,老外
就很難看懂。
8.如果發(fā)送量比較大,建議采用第三方專業(yè)郵件營銷服務(wù)提供商來發(fā)送。我這里
推薦一家公司的軟件。Comm100郵件營銷軟件,我一個月前開始使用他們的產(chǎn)品的。
總的來說,他們的軟件,操作蠻方便的,不需要注冊大量郵箱,發(fā)送量也沒有限制;
送達率也比較高,我?guī)状蜗聛恚寄苓_到92%以上;另外本人最喜歡的功能是統(tǒng)計

9.注意郵件里面的字體一直,顏色等問題一般老外都用ARIAL這個字體。
10.稱呼有的人喜歡用himybrother,hiboss,himanager,dearsir等等,這
些不要所有的客戶都用一種,要根據(jù)客戶的反應(yīng)來稱呼,通常要客戶保持一致,或
者要根據(jù)客戶的年齡,性格等等去區(qū)分,不能簡單的就將所有的客戶用同一個稱呼。
有的客戶是BOSS,有的是MANAGER,有的只是一般采購代表。在國外公司的郵件都
是有監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的。在沒有搞清對方身份或者愛好前,亂稱呼是有風(fēng)險的。
11.注意多用詳細的數(shù)據(jù),比如多少數(shù)量,多少箱,多重,多少錢,PI
號碼,多少天數(shù)等等,這類信息都是非常重要。
12.多用感謝的話,多用問候,結(jié)尾不要一成不變地是HAVEANICEDAY
