
BIOS芯片型號速查表

特別注意的是主板上的bios芯片上一般都有一個標簽,它只是說明里面所寫的程序的廠牌,這不是芯片的型號。如下面這塊
芯片,只能說明是AMI的BIOS。
要看芯片的具體型號,你要把芯片上的標簽揭下來,看一
下打在芯片表面的數字,這才是型號。如圖兩個芯片,一個
是AMD公司出產的AM28F020芯片,從下面可以查出,
該芯片是2M容量,編程電壓要加12V;另一片芯片是PMC
公司的PM29F002,2M芯片,編程電壓是5V的。芯片型號
后面的數字一般表示速度,-12表示讀寫的速度是120nS。
