簡介

楊夢甦教授1984年畢業于廈門大學化學系，1993年獲得加拿大多倫多大學博士學位，1993-1994期間在美國加州生物醫學機構Scripps Rearch Institute從事研究工作。1994年底加入香港城市大學，現任香港城市大學生物及化學系講座教授和香港城市大學深圳生物醫藥中心主任，并兼任英國中蘭開夏大學、浙江大學、解放軍第三軍醫大學、沈陽藥科大學、及解放軍總醫院客座教授。在行政工作方面擔任香港城市大學校董會榮譽學位委員會、大學顧問委員會、大學教務會、研究生院理事會等多個委員會成員。

楊教授主要研究領域為生物芯片技術的開發與應用和納米生物領域的基礎與應用研究, 1995年迄今成功獲得包括國家高科技發展計劃（863計劃）、香港特區政府創新科技基金和研究資助局、及香港賽馬會基金等逾6千萬港元研究基金的資助，負責管理多個大型科研項目，亦是香港特區政府大學資助委員會之“藥物發現與合成分子技術研究”、“中藥基礎研究與開發”、“海洋環境研究與創新技術”三個卓越學科的主要成員之一。迄今在國際權威雜志共發表論文160余篇，專著章節17篇，在國內核心雜志發表論文50余篇，在大型國際會議共發表論文80余篇，應邀在各大學和研究機構做過逾70場學術報告，在相關領域申請/獲得20多項中國及美國專利。楊教授實驗室已培訓18名博士、8名碩士及16名博士后。

楊教授為香港特區政府創新科技基金評審委員會和健康防護基金評審委員會成員，及香港特區政府創新科技署納米技術和先進材料研究院(NAMI)技術顧問，并兼任英國皇家化學會專業雜志《The Analyst》和中國化學會專業雜志《生命科學儀器》編輯委員會成員，德國《Microchimica Acta》國際顧問委員會成員，以及國際生物芯片大會學術委員會和世界華人高科技化學大會學術委員會成員。楊教授從2002年主持籌建香港城市大學深圳生物醫藥中心，領導該中心成功獲得包括國家高科技發展計劃（863）課題及廣東省科技重點攻關項目的資助，并得到深圳市/廣東省政府的多次獎勵，被授予深圳市生物芯片重點實驗室的稱號。楊教授曾獲1996年歐亞化學大會最佳論文獎、2001年亞太腫瘤生物學大會最佳論文獎、2003年王寛誠教育基金會杰出學者獎、2004年清華大學“教育部春暉學者計劃”高級訪問教授、及2006年深圳創新科技獎。

楊教授為香港城市大學附屬港龍生物科技有限公司創辦人之一，該公司以創新DNA診斷技術獲得2006年香港工商業獎-科技成就大獎，為香港首家獲得此榮譽的高校附屬公司及生物科技企業。
