荒島余生英文觀后感

（一）

Tom Hanks does a superb job of carrying Cast Away all by himlf

for about two-thirds of its running time, but isn’t much helped by

additional characters in the opening and closing quences. Here is a

strong and simple story surrounded by needless complications, and

flawed by a last act that first disappoints us and then ends on a note of

forced whimsy.

Hanks plays Chuck Noland, a time-obsd Federal Express

executive who troubleshoots all over the world, arranging hurry-up

package transfers in Moscow before flying off to solve problems in Asia.

Helen Hunt plays his fiancee, Kelly Frears, who tries her best to accept a

man ruled by a beeper. She comes from clock-watching stock, and for

Christmas gives Chuck her grandfather’s railroad watch.

Noland hitches a ride on a FedEx flight across the Pacific, which is

blown off cour before crashing after an onboard explosion. That ems

like two catastrophes when one would have done, but director Bob

Zemeckis us the storm for scenes of in-flight fear, wily following

Alfred Hitchcock’s obrvation that from a suspen point of view, an

explosion is over before you get your money’s worth.

Spoiler alert: If you have not en ads for the movie, read no further.

Noland survives the crash, and floats in a life raft to a derted island.

And . . . am I telling too much of the story? I doubt it, since the trailers

and commercials for this movie single-mindedly reveal as much of the

plot as they can, spoiling any possible suspen. Not only do they tell you

he gets off the island, they tell you what happens then. What am I to do?

Pretend you haven’t en the ad, or discuss what we all know happens?

The early scenes are esntially busy work. Exotic locales like Moscow

add a little interest to details about Noland’s job. An airport farewell to

the fiancee is obligatory, including the inevitable reassurances about how

Chuck will be right back and they’ll have a wonderful New Year’s Eve.

Then the crash.

The movie’s power and effect center on the island. Chuck, the

time-and-motion man, finds himlf in a world without clocks, schedules,

or much of a future. There’s something wonderfully pathetic about the

way he shouts Hello? Anybody? at the sand and trees. Tho are his last

words for a time, as he tries to remember childhood lessons about

firemaking and shelter construction. Then there’s a four-year

flash-forward and we e the formerly plump Chuck as a gaunt, skinny

survivor. （Zemeckis shut down the movie while Hanks lost weight.） I

find it fascinating when a movie just watches somebody doing something.

Actual work is more interesting than most plots. Chuck splits coconuts,

traps fish, builds fires, and makes u of the contents of veral FedEx

boxes that washed up with him （too bad nobody was mailing

K-rations）。 And he paints a face on a volleyball and names it Wilson--a

device which, not incidentally, gives him an excu for talking out loud.

Hanks proves here again what an effective actor he is, never

straining for an effect, always persuasive even in this unlikely situation,

winning our sympathy with his eyes and his body language when there’s

no one el on the screen.

I liked every scene on the island and wanted more of them. There’s a

lovely moment when he squats on the ground, contemplating a crate that

has washed up, and the shot is compod as homage to 2001: A Space

Odysy, Hanks’ favorite film. I also liked the details of his escape.

Read the British writer Defoe’s, I deeply, the harvest is great.

The rest of the island is book of Robinson Crusoe extract. In front of

the various difficulties faced in vere test, in the face of the isolated,

lonely, Crusoe adjust good attitude, to survive in the dert island and put

a lot of effort, the myth of life on the island in the 28 years.

Crusoe while it’s a character in fiction, but his deeds to countless

generations became afraid of difficulties and tbacks life of strong, for

they lay a good career achievement.

If we want to do in life, become the motherland, we must learn from

the pillar of life and learning treat correctly and difficulties, develop

pragmatic capable, love is the habit of labor, the achievement of life, is

fundamental to achieve the ideal goal of guarantee.

Recall the 5000 years, how many bits are of great achievement is not

like Robinson with celebrity positive attitude to face tbacks, for their

goals in life and struggle? As spring end has promoted WoXinChangDan

fourteen years, finally to avenge, destroyed wu, become the

yangtze-huaihe region. And the founding emperor zhu yuanzhang Ming,

a strong will, and pragmatic like Robinson, thus capable of social life

看了英國(guó)作家笛福筆下的《荒島余生》，使我感觸很深，收獲也極大。

《荒島余生》是著作《魯濱遜漂流記》中的節(jié)選。在面前的種種困境中，在面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)中，在面對(duì)與世隔絕的孤獨(dú)中，魯濱遜及時(shí)調(diào)整好心態(tài)，為能在荒島中生存而付出了很大的努力，神話般地在荒島上生活了28年。

魯濱遜雖然這是個(gè)小說(shuō)中的人物，但他的事跡卻令無(wú)數(shù)的后人成為了不怕困難與挫折的生活中的強(qiáng)者，為他們的事業(yè)成就打下了很好的基礎(chǔ)。

我們?nèi)绻氤删腿松蔀樽鎳?guó)的棟梁之才，就必須從小學(xué)會(huì)正確對(duì)待生活與學(xué)習(xí)中的挫折與困難，養(yǎng)成務(wù)實(shí)能干，愛勞動(dòng)的習(xí)慣，這是成就人生的基礎(chǔ)，也是實(shí)現(xiàn)理想目標(biāo)的保證。

回想中華上下五千年，有多少位有偉大成就的名人不是像魯濱遜那樣用積極的態(tài)度去面對(duì)挫折，為自己的人生目標(biāo)而努力奮斗的呢？如春秋末期有越王勾踐臥薪嘗膽十四年，終于得以報(bào)仇雪恨，消滅了吳國(guó)，成為江淮一帶的霸王。還有明朝的開國(guó)皇帝朱元璋，早年吃盡了苦頭，他的父母和大哥們都病死了，他成了孤兒。他曾經(jīng)吃過(guò)草根，啃過(guò)樹皮，到皇覺寺當(dāng)過(guò)和尚，在這樣的這種困難與挫折向他迎面撲來(lái)的的逆境中，他仍堅(jiān)強(qiáng)地生活著，后來(lái)參加了抗元農(nóng)民起義軍，屢

建奇功，后來(lái)成為了紅巾軍的統(tǒng)帥，后于1368年于南京稱帝，建立了明朝。

從勾踐”臥薪嘗膽”和朱元璋”從和尚到皇帝”的事跡可見，擁有正確面對(duì)困難與挫折的心里品質(zhì)對(duì)一個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō)是多么地重要，它對(duì)一個(gè)人的人生成就，甚至對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家的興旺都有巨大的影響。

相反，有許多愚昧無(wú)知的經(jīng)不起考驗(yàn)的弱者，卻選擇了自殘自殺的不歸路，我認(rèn)為這種行為是最愚蠢的，他們這樣做對(duì)得起養(yǎng)育他們的父母嗎？他們這樣做對(duì)得住關(guān)心他們的人嗎？他們這樣做對(duì)得住自己?jiǎn)幔课铱梢院芸隙ǖ鼗卮穑骸睂?duì)不住！”這是一種不孝，放棄自己，對(duì)自己毫不負(fù)責(zé)，輕視生命的愚昧行為。

人生的道路并不平坦，是崎嶇的。我們不能被一時(shí)的挫折打倒，要學(xué)會(huì)勇于面對(duì)挫折與困難，做一個(gè)像魯濱遜那樣意志堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，務(wù)實(shí)能干的社會(huì)強(qiáng)者，從而品味人生，豐富人生，成就人生。
