雙手微切口超聲乳化手術治療白內障的初步臨床觀察

【摘要】目的：觀察雙手微切口超聲乳化手術治療白內障的臨

床療效。方法：對老年性白內障患者28例（30眼）行白內障雙手

微切口超聲乳化吸除及人工晶體植入術，術后隨訪時間1～6月。

結果：術后1天視力≥0.5者16只眼（53.3%）；角膜內皮計數減少

率為8.9%；術中破后囊1只眼（3.3%），睫狀溝固定人工晶體；內

皮皺褶、角膜水腫4只眼（13.3%）。結論：雙手微切口超聲乳化手

術治療老年性白內障，具有術后視力恢復快、對眼內組織損傷小、

術后并發癥少等優點。
