目的：為了更好的適應護理發展的趨勢，實施整體護理，培養全科全能護士。我

們實行每日學習英語制，帶動科室學習語言的熱情與氛圍，更好的創造英

語語境，實行幫帶計劃，鍛煉自我的日常口語，讓每一位護士能夠對外籍

友人交談應付自如，也更好提高自身素質。

N: = Nur (護士)

P: = Patient（病人）

F: = family member（家屬）

Receiving the patient:

N: Here is the call light. Push this button when you want help. The bedside table is

for your toilet articles. Plea don’t put any valuables here.

這個是呼叫器,如果你需要幫助的話請按這個按鈕. 床頭柜里可以放些洗漱用具.不要

放貴重物品.

P: I e a TV. Where is the TV control? 我看這兒有電視,遙控器在哪兒?

N: The control is here, and the onoff button is here. 在這兒.開關在這兒.

P: What about water? 在哪兒打開水?

N: Someone will bring you hot water to drink.

每天有人會為您打開水.

P: Thank you. 謝謝

N: I would like to show you around the ward now. The toilet is here . This is the

washroom. The place you can get hot water is here. There is hot water 24 hours a

day. This is the shower room.

Marilyn,我帶你熟悉一下病房衛生間在你的左手邊。這是衛生間。 你可以在這里打

P: When can I take a shower?我什么時間能洗澡？

N: Showers can be taken anytime during the day. 什么時候都可以。

N: Meals will be brought to you room if you order the meals in the hospital.

Breakfast is half past ven.

Lunch is at eleven-thirty.

Supper is at five-thirty.

測量生命體征

N: I would like to check your temperature, pul and blood pressure.

N: I can e you are ud to taking temperatures by mouth. In China we take it under

your arm. Could you lift up your left arm, put this under your arm. Now hold your

arm tight against your body.

我知道你習慣是將表放在口腔里測體溫。在中國我們是將表放在腋下的。請你抬起

左臂把表放在腋下好嗎？現在將胳膊放下，并且稍微夾緊一點。

N: We need to wait about 10 minutes. Plea don’t move your arm.

要等10分鐘的時間，請盡量別動胳膊。

P: That’s a long time to wait.時間真長。

N: I will check your pul and blood pressure on this arm. 現在我在這只胳膊上給

你量脈搏和血壓。

N: It is fine. Could you give me the thermometer now?

N: The doctor ordered it to treat your bad cough. 醫生開輸液是治療你的咳嗽。

P: Oh. How long until the medicine is finished? 噢。要多長時間輸完？

N: About two hours. 兩個小時左右。

P: Could first go to the toilet now? 我先去一下衛生間可以嗎？

N: Sure. I will wait. 可以，我等你。

P: Thanks for waiting. You may begin now. 讓你久等了，我等你。

N: Plea hold your arm still. Try not to move your arm too much. If you need anything

during the next two hours, just press this call light.請你伸直胳膊，盡量別動。你要是

在輸液的兩個小時中有什么事情，可以按呼叫器。

N: I have your medication. 這是你的藥。

P: Oh. What kind of medication is it? 噢，是什么藥？

N: The small white pill is to help you sleep, and the blue one is to decrea your pain.

小白藥片是幫助你睡眠的，藍色的是止痛的。

Second, don’t do too much exerci. Third , come back to e the doctor in one week.

P: What should I do if develop some problem at home? 在家時我要是有一些特殊的情

況該怎么辦？

N: If you do, don’t hesitate to call your doctor. 如果真的有什么特殊情況發生，立即給

你的醫生打電話。

P: Ok. Thank you for your help. 好，我知道了，謝謝你們對我的照顧。

N: You are welcome. Take care. 別客氣，保重。
