客戶的郵件是這樣的:“We don't need this model , and can't
ll this with iron plea cancel this 20pcs.” 態(tài)度簡直很粗暴,頤
指氣使。不是你當(dāng)初自己定的嗎?
“I fully understand that you are not able to ll this iron
stand. It is a pity that we are not told before when the PI is
confirmed.
Now it is too late to cancel. We have already produced the
item. And actually the iron pedestals are ordered from wrought
iron producer. We have already paid them. It will be very costly
to cancel it. I would very much appreciate your kind
understanding.”
點評:
業(yè)務(wù)員在同客戶交涉的時候,遇到不講理的客戶很困難,有的業(yè)
務(wù)員據(jù)理力爭,結(jié)果搞得客戶很不開心;有的業(yè)務(wù)員怕得罪客戶,只
好忍氣吞聲,造成公司損 失,老板不開心。2種情況都不對。處理這
樣的事情,業(yè)務(wù)員既要解決問題,不讓公司損失,又要照顧客戶的情
緒,讓事情有個圓滿解決。在態(tài)度上要給客戶讓步, 照顧客戶感受,
在利益上要為公司爭取。
I fully understand that you are not able to ll this iron stand.
(先表示理解,弄個肩并肩的感覺。) It is a pity that we are not
told before when the PI is confirmed. (這句話千萬不要寫成:You
did not tell us when you confirm the PI. 那樣讓客戶感覺有責(zé)備他
的意思。被動語態(tài)反應(yīng)的是一種客觀情況。我們用了這個被動語態(tài),
既不讓客戶感覺被責(zé)備,又突出了我們的無辜。也把責(zé)任厘清了。)
Now it is too late to cancel. (這句堅決點明了,不可取消。千
萬不能寫成: We cannot canel it now. 那樣有我們的主觀能動的意思,
讓客戶感覺是我們不愿意。 這個it的句式又是一個客觀事實。既堅決
表明了不可撤銷,又撇清了同我們的聯(lián)系。這句話是一個結(jié)論,放在
前面,然后接下來是解釋。)
We have already produced the item. And actually the iron
pedestals are ordered from wrought iron producer. We have
already paid them. (接下來是解釋,為什么不能取消。這部分我們
有的銷售不愿意多說,是需要合理解釋的。)It will be very costly to
cancel it. (再次強調(diào)為何不能取消。同時,這句只是說了一個客觀情
況,取消成本很高,而沒有點名是客戶還是我們承擔(dān)。從前文的我們
無辜,這個暗含的意思是明了的,就 是你的成本,但我們沒有去說,
那樣顯得太對立了。但也不能寫for us,那樣太傻了,等于把這個責(zé)任
攬過來了。我們要讓客戶有遇到困難大家一起面對解決的感覺,)I
would very much appreciate your kind understanding. (最后禮
貌表達感謝,等于也把球踢給對方了。)
