英文通知的格式及范文

“通知”是小學英語作文中，比較常見的一種文體，屬于應用

文。通知既可為書面形式，也可為口頭形式，可包括生活、工作各

個方面。如：一般會議通知、各種活動通知、結婚通知、喬遷通

知、地址變更通知等。書面通知形式多樣，它可寫在黑板上或張貼

在廣告欄中。

announcement是指公開或官方的口頭通知，它告訴人們有關某

事的信息，登載在報紙或雜志上的通知也用announcement一詞。

起草通知時，要注意發生了什么或要發生什么；也要注意何時

何地發生了什么或要發生什么。同時要包括通知對象。所使用的語

言要準確，簡潔明了，防止歧義。
