?先聲明：這份MS/OR國際期刊排名是完全根據2011年JCR（Journal Citation Reports）的Article Influence Score（AIS）?給出的。所

以，這份榜單僅僅是轉載JCR的MS/OR ranking?已。

?前為?，最有說服?的期刊排名標準是AIS。根據JCR的官?說明，Article Influence Score作如下解釋：The Article Influence determines

the average influence of a journal's articles over the first five years after publication。也就是說，?個期刊的AIS是指這個期刊上的?章在其

發表后的5年內的平均影響?。另外，AIS?5-year impact factor更具說服?；例如，Operations Rearch 的5-year impact factor不見得能排

進前5，但是AIS仍然是超?的，這代表Operations Rearch是個極具影響?的期刊（這當然是廢話）。

眾望所歸的??--MS，毫?爭議。UTdallas24排名期刊之?（博主改）

2. Mathematical Programming (1.997)

數學優化領域的頂級期刊，能發表的話，絕對是A+的?平。

3. Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (1.895)

這個期刊可以視為Management Science 的妹妹或弟弟，?章的深度與MS差不多。算作A+期刊是沒有爭議的。UTdallas24排名期刊之?

4. Journal of Operations Management (1.892)

這個期刊排進A+相信是有爭議的，尤其對那些玩數學的學者??，但是數據在那沒辦法。這個期刊偏向實證研究，發表周期很長，發表難度

運籌學領域的頂級期刊，也許可能?概?OR稍稍能簡單?點點，。

7. Transportation Science （1.421）

交通運輸領域頂級期刊，常年排名第?。偏數學?法。

8. Transportation Rearch Part B: Methodological （1.407）

交通運輸領域頂級期刊，常年排名??，不過近年來有趕超Transportation Science的趨勢。偏數學?法，更傾向于交通運輸?法與技術，

以及與交通相關的??研究?向，?transportation science更注重應?。

9. Production and Operations Management (1.187)

運營管理領域的頂級期刊，近年來上升勢頭明顯，也許是下?個MSOM。C. Tang上任POMS主席的最??標就是?推POM到A+?平。?前

MS/OR領域權威期刊，接受很多細分領域（如庫存，物流，城市規劃，交通，投資策略等等）的?章，偏向數值分析。

16. OR Spectrum （0.965）

OR領域期刊。

17. IIE Transactions （0.935）

?業?程領域的頂級期刊，注意：是頂級哦。但是根據AIS，只能排在這，。（博主按：這個期刊應該排到A去）

18. European Journal of Operational Rearch (0.927)

MS/OR領域權威期刊,?乎接受MS/OR各個細分領域的?章，?法上偏數學和數值仿真。其實這個期刊算是很好的，歐洲很多學校都視為A

類。但是這個期刊的特點是：?年出版的?章數量達400-500篇，所以難免出現良莠不齊的情況。這個期刊有點像國內的綜合類?學，什么

Scheduling領域權威期刊。話說回來，涉及scheduling的期刊有OR，EJOR，COR等等。

交通領域權威期刊。?章接收率?Transportation Rearch Part B ?。

22. Reliability Engineering & System Safety （0.860）

領域：復雜技術系統的安全性與可靠性。

較慢。所在領域?EJOR稍窄?些，主要是MS/OR,?業?程，?程制造。與EJOR?樣，國內?較重視這個期刊！！

不得不說這個期刊很出名的，但是也不得不說這個期刊是最近?年，甚?是最近10年?平下降最厲害的期刊，?常可惜。每年的?章接受量

為300-400篇，與IJPE相當。但是?論是5-year影響因?，還是論?質量（AIS）都飛速下降。在MS/OR，及?業?程IE領域，以往較出名

的三?權威期刊有：EJOR，IJPE，IJPR。但是IJPR近年來?常危險啊，雖然?家都認為?少是B類期刊，但是這么多年的數據擺在那,多少

還是令?唏噓啊。在2011年的中科院給出的SCI分區排到了4區，這簡直難以置信。雖然必須承認中科院給出的SCI分區就是垃圾，但是看看

JCR的排名以及SJR的排名都排的很低。

需要討論和商榷的期刊（博主改）：

1. Marketing Science有些OM學者也在這上?發?章，是marekting領域的top，在A+。是UTdalls24排名期刊

2. Decision Sciences應該排在A類或者B+期刊。

3. C&IE應該排在B類期刊。

4. IEEE on Engineering Management應該排在B或者B+類期刊。

5. 可能還有MS/OR領域的其他優秀期刊被JCR遺忘了。
