I am Li Hua, head of “Talk and Talk”， an English program from the Campus

popularity on campus, owing to its casual and easy style. Every interviewed

teacher will talk freely to share interesting English with us. I anticipate we can

[“通法”歸納·明辨“小異”]

1．審題要準

邀請信是在告知的基礎上邀請對方參加活動，開頭部分發出邀請，結尾部

分再次發出邀請；告知信開頭部分只是簡要告知。

2．要點要齊全，內容要詳略得當

(1)告知信和邀請信的寫作要素一般包括時間、地點、事件和目的等，而

有些考生會忽略部分要素。

(2)告知內容是告知信與邀請信的主體內容，而有些考生會在開頭或結尾

部分大肆用墨，從而使文章顯得繁瑣，主體部分不突出。

3．語言表達要準確得體

(1)告知信與邀請信多用一般現在時與一般將來時。

(2)語言要委婉、禮貌，體現真實的感情交流。

1．(2019·全國卷Ⅱ改編)假定你是校排球隊隊長李華。請寫封郵件告知

你的隊友Chris球隊近期將參加比賽，內容包括：

1．比賽信息； 2.賽前準備； 3.表達期待。
