怎么看待成功是99%的汗水加1%的努力英語作文

"Success is ninety-nine percent of the effort and a talent"

this ntence, from the beginning of school has been deeply

rooted in the heart of every student. Think that as long as hard

work will be able to be admitted to a good school, will be able

to have a role, will be able to honor the ancestors.

There are a few people in the world who are not working

hard, but very few are successful. As the time went by, I had a

new understanding of this ntence. It is the innate gift, not 99

percent of the acquired effort. For example, it is also a ed of

plants, some of short plants. Small plants do not grow too tall,

“成功是百分之九十九的努力加一分天賦”這句話，從上學開始便深扎在每個學子的心底。認為只要勤奮努力就一定能考上好的學校，一定能有一番作為，一定能光宗耀祖。

縱觀世上有幾個人不是在努力拼搏，而成功者卻很少。隨著時光流逝，我對這句話有了新的理解。決定人成功與失敗的是先天的那一分天賦，而不是后天百分之九十九的努力。打個比方，同樣是木本植物的一粒種子，有的是參天大樹的種子，有的是中等植物的種子，有的是矮小植物的種子。矮小植物即便長在肥沃的土地上，也長不太高，而參天大樹即便長在貧瘠的山嶺上，依然要比它們高很多。而后天的努力好比是給植物施肥、澆水、除草，對矮小植物無論怎么樣呵護，都不可能長成參天大樹：而對參天大樹來說，只靠自然生長就可長成大樹，如果再加以施肥、澆水、除草的呵護，它就能長成高聳入云名聞一方的名樹。

再從我們周圍熟悉的人來分析，有的人文化不高，也沒有優越的人脈資源，事業卻做得風聲水起；有的是大學畢業，經過一番拼搏，最后落得一身債收尾。事業失敗者所付出的努力要比成功者多得多。其實，創業失敗者更應該受到人們的尊敬！

再拿現在的拆遷戶來說，可以說是一夜之間成了人上人，他們的努力又從何談起？這是很多人奮斗一生都不一定能夠達到的人生高度。對這些人怎么用努力來詮釋呢？對這些人只能用傳統的“命運好”來解釋。其它的任何解釋都顯得蒼白無力。

所以我說，“一分天賦”才是最重要的，它就好比是植物的種子，能長成什么樣的植物取決于它，而不是“九十九分的努力”。

雖然如此，但是，不管是大樹的種子還是小草的種子，都要努力奮斗。是什么樣的種子我們已無法改變，能改變的是后天對命運的施肥、澆水、除草，盡力讓自己的命運之果長得更大更飽滿?；厥滓簧鸁o愧于自己的父母家人，無愧于親朋好友，雖然沒有達到自己的人生目標，也不會留有任何遺憾。用先賢王安石的一句話說：“盡吾力而不能至者可以無悔矣”！
