            三、 三個指導思想:

            1、激發學生學習英語的興趣。

            我曾經接到一位媽媽的微信,她說我家孩子的英語在班里是比較靠后的吧,我們覺得她對英語的學習興趣不高有點焦急了?想咨詢一下您如何提高她的興趣。

            對于這個問題,我經過深入的思索,現答復如下:

            1、我從來不給學生們進行排名,所以無所謂誰在班里比較靠前或者比較靠后,對于一年級的學生來說,假如某某的英語說得比較好,或許只是表示這些內容他已經在課外班學會了,在課堂上僅僅是展示而已;假如某某的英語說得還不夠好,也并不說明他就差,因為他是剛剛接觸,真正學會肯定還是需要一個過程的。所以我從不給一年級的'學生下推斷,誰的英語學得好,誰的英語學得不好。他們還處于進展改變中,過早的貼上一個標簽是不合適的。

            2、關于英語學習興趣的培育,確實是我們一年級英語教學中的一個重點,但是有一點我們也必需認識到:每個人的興趣點是不一樣的,每個人都有自己感興趣的內容,也有自己不感興趣的內容,成人如此,孩子也是如此,所以假如你覺得孩子的英語學習興趣不高,不要過分焦急,因為你的心情,孩子會感知到,會讓孩子產生一些不必要的負擔。

            關于培育孩子的英語學習興趣,其實我在課堂上始終在做,例如學習和表演英語小故事,用畫畫的方式學習英語,在課堂上支配一些小游戲、看英語的動畫片、發小獎貼等等,都是努力讓英語學習變得更加有意思。但是盡管如此,班上還是會有學生告知我:“老師,我就是不喜愛英語!”,那么,我只能退而求其次,至少不厭煩學英語吧!

            您在家里,也可以想方法讓英語變得好玩些,例如帶孩子看一些英語原版的動畫片,看一些有意思的英語繪本,或者見見外國人,甚第

            至出國旅游,這些事情都可能會讓孩子對英語產生興趣。如今微信上還有一個“英語趣配音”的活動也不錯,還有一些比較好的公眾號,例如“小馬讀書”“小花生網”“典范英語”“小板牙”“喆媽公益閱讀”等公眾號,會推舉一些好的英語故事,或許會對孩子的興趣培育有一些關心,您可以努力地去做一些嘗試。

            2、樹立學生學好英語的自信念。 ?

            起始階段的英語學習只要求孩子能聽能說。由于孩子年領較小,在起始階段時會有一個靜默期,進一步的聽和說都需要一個過程。所以,對孩子在學習過程中出現的問題不要過分焦急,不要強迫學生背單詞、背句子。我在一個班級調查了孩子們頭疼的事情,其中就有:“家長逼著我背單詞,背長句子等!”這些超越孩子能力范圍的事情,會讓學生產生嚴重的挫敗感,不利于后面的學習。對一時開不了口的孩子要從多聽錄音入手,在聽錄音的同時鼓舞孩子仿照。

            在人格進展理論中講到這樣一個觀點:6-12歲的兒童的進展階段是勤奮對自卑。處于這一階段的兒童主要進展任務是體驗勝利帶給他們的勤奮感,即對自己以及對自己的能力具有良好的感覺。失敗則會帶來消極的自我感覺,讓兒童自卑。

            所以盼望家長們能對孩子少一些批判,多一些鼓舞。前一段時間,學習四單元數字的時候,我就留了一個作業:讓學生們倒著背誦10個數字。

            絕大部分的學生都能倒背,但是還有幾個孩子,背誦起來有些難度,這些孩子的家長都很焦急,紛紛給我微信說:“我們始終催促孩子背,可還是不嫻熟!”“這兩天始終在學習倒著背誦英語數字,在家我們也始終在教,但總是記不住,可能我們也有些焦急。”“我們的孩子就屬于每個數字都要正著默數,才能背出來的,但孩子已經盡力了!”

            看了這些信息,我突然有些過意不去,因為孩子能正著數數字就可以了,我讓他們倒著數,只是想訓練孩子們的思維,沒想到家長們第

            特殊負責,還可能因為孩子背不下來跟孩子急等。

            于是我抓緊給這些家長回復:每天讓孩子練練就可以了,不要強求,你急了,孩子可能就煩了。

            其實,我還想說的是:每個孩子的學習都有自己的速度,在起步階段,家長肯定要有足夠的耐煩,甚至有的孩子還會有很長一段時間的靜默期,就猶如等著一朵花開一樣,我們也要等著孩子漸漸成長! 從小給孩子樹立學好英語的信念,而不是打擊他。

            3、養成良好的英語學習習慣

            在課堂上,要求學生仔細聽錄音、仿照、大聲朗讀,在同學發言時可以不出聲跟讀以及同伴合作學習等。在家里,每天堅持聽錄音至少15-20分鐘。鼓舞孩子把當天在英語課上學到的內容用英語重復出來,并鼓舞孩子在平常主動、大膽、大聲開口說英語。

            四、 五個要求:

            1、單詞:能夠依據圖片或實物說單詞,不要求認讀單詞。

            2、句子:能夠聽懂書中重點句子,不要求認讀,能與他人進行簡潔的對話。

            3、歌曲歌謠:能夠嫻熟把握幾首自己喜愛的歌曲歌謠,其他的能夠跟著音樂唱出關鍵詞和句即可。

            4、故事:能聽懂并指圖說出關鍵句子。不要求每句話都會說。

            5、人物,在名目前面,要求能嫻熟叫出他們的名字。

            上述要求是最低要求,您可以依據自己孩子的狀況適當提高,但原則是孩子可以接受,比方您要求孩子背單詞,孩子并不反感,您就可以這樣做。

            五、 補充說明:聽讀課

            聽讀課如今分兩部分內容,一部分是自然拼讀,我們一年級本學期的教學目標是在歌謠中感知26個字母的發音,為將來的拼詞,自主閱讀繪本,默寫單詞打下優良的基礎。

            典范英語,我們當做練習自然拼讀的繪本使用,也是讓學生感知,第

            對英語學習產生進一步的興趣即可,學生們還不能做到完好地朗讀。

            六、評價方式:

            形成性評價:

            1、單詞朗讀

            2、歌謠說唱

            3、口語交際

            4、故事表演

            5、綜合練習

            每學完一個單元,我都會檢查讀單詞、說句子的狀況。對于有錯的孩子,采納單獨輔導的方式,確保無一人掉隊,全都合格。

            后期會帶孩子們做兩張小卷子,主要是學習如何審題,如何按要求做題

            終結性評價:

            實行“樂學嘉年華”的形式進行,沒有紙筆測試,以聽說為主。
