The significance of persistence 堅持的重要性

The cartoon aims at informing us of the significance

of persistence. Definitely, no once can deny the importance

of it. Persistence can help us carve out a way to success.

Although the way to success is bumpy and filled with inevitable

tbacks, it is persistence that lead us to the destination

we are eager to reach. To further demonstrate the importance

of being persistent， I would like to take Thomas Edison as

a ca in point: how could he, one of the greatest inventor

throughout the history of mankind who experienced numerous

unsuccessful attempts, invent the first electric lamp without

persistence?

Accordingly, at no time should we overlook the

importance of persistence. when coming across hardships and

tbacks , we need to grit our teeth and adhere to the faith

that our efforts and persistence will be paid off. “Great works

are performed not by strength, but by perverance.” Samuel

Johnson once said.

這幅漫畫告訴我們堅持的意義。當然，沒有人能夠否認它的重要性。堅持可以幫助我們開拓出一條成功之路。雖然成功的道路是坎坷的，充滿了不可避免的挫折，這能持久性地引導我們到我們渴望達到的目標。為了進一步證明是持久的重要性，我想以托馬斯愛迪生為例：如果沒有堅持他怎么可能，一個偉大的發(fā)明家，在人類歷史上經(jīng)歷了無數(shù)次失敗的嘗試后，發(fā)明了第一盞電燈？

因此，任何時候我們都不應該忽視了堅持的重要性。當遇到困難和挫折的時候，我們需要咬緊牙關(guān)，堅持信念，我們的努力和堅持將會有效。“偉大工作的完成不是靠力量，而是靠毅力。”塞繆爾約翰遜曾說。
