不同外源激素對清遠筆架茶愈傷組織誘導的影響

摘要:采用清遠筆架茶[Camellia sinensis (L.)O. Kuntze]的嫩葉作為外植體,探索不同外源激素種類及濃度對清遠筆架茶愈傷組織誘導的影響?結果表明,在培養基1/2MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L中誘導效果最好,誘導率為86.7%,且愈傷組織生長健壯?

Effects of Type and Concentration of Exogenous Hormone on Callus

Induction of Qingyuanbijia Tea

Abstract: Using the tender leaf of Qingyuanbijia tea[Camellia

sinensis(L.)O. Kuntze] as explants, the effects of type and concentration

of exogenous hormone on callus induction was studied. The results

showed that 1/2MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L had the best callus

induction efficiency with an induction rate of 86.7%, and the callus

growed vigorously.
