論文投稿時要用到的8類信件模板

英文論文投稿時，有很多情況我們都需要與編輯老師進行溝通，必須經歷從投

稿、催稿、根據修改意見修改后再投、致謝等多個環節，現給大家介紹論文投

稿時會用到的8類信件常用模板。

1. cover letter（投稿信）

SCI論文投稿時為了提高錄用率，通常都會寫一份cover letter。cover letter

的作用是有助于稿件被送到合適的編輯和評審人手中。如果沒有cover letter，

稿件可能會給編輯造成一些困擾：

這篇稿件是投給哪種期刊的？

何種欄目？

是新稿還是修改稿？

如果是修改稿的話，是哪位編輯負責的？

如果這篇稿件有多位作者的話，哪一位是通訊作者？

通訊作者的聯系地址是什么？

因此，為了減少給編輯造成的困擾，一份合格的cover letter非常重要。

cover letter的內容必須能夠激勵編輯繼續去讀你的文章全文。因此，你工作

中的重要內容（例如創新性和在研究領域的意義）需要在cover letter中呈現

出來。一般情況下，cover letter的長度在5段以內。太短不足以充分表達文

章所做工作的重點內容，太長會讓編輯感覺作者心虛。

一份cover letter通常包括的內容是：

向編輯簡要介紹一下論文的內容和參與此項研究工作的作者名單。這里不需

要太詳細，即使是工作中包含了一些復雜的實驗部分。

2.

重點解釋為什么該研究是創新性的，并且大家會對此感興趣。

這里，你可以介紹論文中用到哪些創新性的技術，你的實驗樣本數量足夠多，

研究成果將對這個領域有較大影響等。如果你投的是臨床國際期刊，你還要介

紹這項工作會對將來的實際治療應用有什么意義。

此處有2點需要你重點注意：

寫作時包含要點但不用仔細解釋；

盡量讓編輯看到你的工作和所投期刊非常相關；

最好，你的工作也剛好驗證了別的研究團隊在這個期刊前期發表的成果，或者

與他們結果相反。

介紹你和你的研究團隊：主要研究人員、實驗室的研究方向和這篇文章的關

系。解釋為什么要選擇投這個期刊。如果其他實驗室與你的研究團隊合作完成

此項工作，你最好也要介紹一下相關合作團隊。

4.

聲明你的文章沒有任何利益方面的沖突。因為每個期刊有不同的相關規定，

所以查詢一下各個期刊在利益沖突政策方面的描述。同時，一定要聲明這項研

究沒有在其他期刊投稿和發表過。

上面是寫在cover letter中的要點，下面說一下有哪些內容不能寫在cover

letter中：

1. 不要在沒有任何證明或引用情況下提及過去的發表文獻。

2. 不要提供與投稿無關的個人信息。

3. 除非和這次的研究問題有關，否則不要提到您或者其他共同作者先前的發表

記錄。

4. 不要復制粘貼上摘要的內容。

5. 不要使用復雜發散的句構以免造成不必要的困惑。

下面我舉3個成功的cover letter樣式給大家參考：

例子1：

投稿《歐洲心血管病雜志》

Dear editorial board of European Journal of Cardiology,

Communication to the European Journal of Neurology for consideration

that the submission is original work and is not under review at any other

publication.

In this manuscript, we report the results of the first study on the genetic

and functional roles of the ACE on the risk of suffering a myocardial

infarction in the French population. Indeed, we genotyped the rs4341

polymorphism in 531 IS cas and 549 healthy controls, and then

performed functional studies by measuring rum ACE protein level and

activity in healthy controls, stroke patients at baline and stroke

patients 24h after stroke symptoms ont. The results from our study

did not reveal any association of the ACE variant with myocardial

infarction, although it affected ACE protein level, and ischemic stroke

patients showed lower ACE level than controls in the acute pha but

not in the chronic pha.

evidence that the ACE gene and protein are not a risk factor for

myocardial infarction.

3. 修改后投稿的cover letter（投稿信）

封cover letter，但是這封cover letter和剛投稿時的cover letter又不一樣。

4. 回答審稿人的修改意見
