校園冷暴力的歸因及對策分析作者:黃婧 崔波來源:《高教學刊》2017年第09期 摘 要:校園冷暴力在教師與學生之間屢見不鮮,其隱蔽性使之不易被察覺,但它給學生造成的傷害絕不遜色于軀體暴力,是人們必須面對的教育問題之一。界定校園冷暴力,從人才選拔機制、教師、學生、學校和家庭五個方面進行歸因分析,并且提出相應可行的對策,力求減少和杜絕校園冷暴力的發生,給學生營造一個健康的學習生活環境。

Abstract: Emotional abu between teachers and students in school is very common. It has become one of educational problems that we have to face since it is not easy to n but easier to do harm to students than body abu. To define emotional abu in the school has been attributably analyzed from five aspects, such as talents lection mecha
nism, teacher, student, school and family. Meanwhile, this paper also puts forward feasible countermeasures so as to diminish and stop emotional abu in the school and produce a healthy learning and living atmosphere for students.
