relating to manufacturing equipment, tools and facilities. Provided that the above-mentioned

information shall be such information as is only available to Party B and applicable to the business

operation of Party A under this Contract。

with values at HK$220，000. Party B shall compensate Party A for the amounts plus freight and

interest at …。％ per annual before the end of 2008 with the proceeds of the finished products，

ladies’ Blous, delivered to Party B。 Party B shall make for Party A each month from January

2008 approximately 2,000 to 3,000 dozens ladies’ Blous according to the supplied samples by

Party A.

?1） Party A shall undertake the responsibility of asmbly， installation, start-up and test run of

the equipment and machinery within the respectively specified periods.

?2） Party A shall warrant that if the equipment fails to operate normally due to faulty

manufacture, Party A shall nd technicians to effect repairs or replace the defective articles or

parts with all expens to be borne by Party A。
