前期質量工程師崗位職責

前期質量工程師 蘇州英利汽車部件有限公司 蘇州英利汽車部件有限公司,英利 職責描述:

一、前期質量策劃

1.使用嶄新零件質量開發計劃,即QPN的系統管理方法對產品開發各階段的產品質量進行分析和監控,并及時通報對QPN各發展階段的評價結果;

2.根據項目負責人編制的項目文件如控制計劃、PFMEA編制檢驗計劃和測量方案開發計劃規劃(PMP);

3.負責制定新產品的檢驗指導書;

4.配合項目負責人樣件制作/負責試生產整個過程中樣件質量的確認,以及生產過程中樣品質量合格率取樣等數據的統計和分析,基本完成生產設備產品銷售能力研究報告CMK、過程能力研究報告PPK、精確測量系統分析報告MSA;

6.同項目組過熱成員一起識別產品的特殊特性和潛在的失效模式及后果分析(P-FEMA);

7.協助出具關鍵過程、特殊特性清單;

8.出具內部2TP認可報告;

二、完成上級領導安排的其他其他工作

任職要求:

培訓經歷:

經 驗: 3年以上的制造領域擴建工程/質量經驗,其中2年以上的質量管理經驗;

技能技巧: 質量檢驗知識;質量管理知識;質量體系知識(IATF16949)、產品技術知識。
