1、翻譯與文化：可以從宏觀和微觀兩個方面考慮..宏觀方面;一般從翻

譯在目的語社會文化中的生產、接受、翻譯在目的語社會文化中所起的

功能等角度討論;可以從社會、文化、歷史、交際的視角切入..闡述為什

么有那樣的譯文如嚴復的翻譯;林紓的翻譯;傅東華翻譯漂時為什么使用

歸化的手段;魯迅翻譯的策略;翻譯材料的選擇等等..微觀方面;可以討論

語言文字所承載的文化內容和內涵如何在翻譯中表達;如文化負載詞的翻

譯策略等..

2、翻譯與語言學理論：可以從篇章語言學;功能語言學如喊韓禮德的系

統功能理論等;對比語言學;心理語言學;交際語言學、文化語言學等方面

考慮選題..如功能語言學和篇章語言學中討論的銜接與連貫及其翻譯;也

可以討論他們在英語和漢語中的差別入手;進一步討論他們在翻譯中的處

理;主位、述位的推進極其在翻譯中的體現..英語漢語對比及其翻譯策略

等等..

3、翻譯與語文學..主要從藝術的角度討論文學翻譯中的問題..

4、應用翻譯：主要從特殊用途英語如商務英語、科技英語、旅游英語等

方面討論在這些特殊領域中涉及的翻譯問題如何處理..如旅游宣傳資料

5、譯文對比：可以是同一篇文章、同一本書;不同的譯者在同以時期或

不同時期進行的翻譯做的對比;也可以是同一個譯者對同一篇文章或書在

不同時期的翻譯的對比；可以是翻譯技巧等微觀層面的對比;也可以是宏

觀曾面的對比;以探索為什么在不同時期譯者回采取不同的策略;有哪些

社會的、文化的、政治的、意識形態的原因

6、翻譯及評論：首先選擇一篇長文;一般是文學作品且沒有人翻譯過;進

行翻譯;翻譯完后;從上述五個方面選擇一個理論視角對自己的翻譯進行

評論..

二、選題方法：

上述各個方面均可寫出幾本甚至幾十本專著;因此大家從上述方面可以選

出一個寫作的范圍..縮小選題范圍：首先是廣泛瀏覽上述各有關方面翻

譯研究資料;以確定自己對哪方面感興趣且有話可說;這是縮小范圍的第

一步..然后在自己感興趣的范圍內;瀏覽資料;做筆記;把有關資料的名

稱、作者、出版信息及重要觀點和內容等資料記錄下來;以便進一步縮小

范圍;形成初步的論文研究方向;然后在仔細瀏覽閱讀這個研究方向資料;

并作好相關筆記;為形成論文的觀點打下基礎;以確定初步的論文題目..
