根據律師法，律師事務所從事證券法律實務管理辦法，律師事務所從事證券法律事務

規則（試行），證券投資基金法，私募投資基金的監督管理暫行辦法，私募投資基金

經營者和基金的登記辦法（試行），關于進一步規范私募投資基金管理者的注冊特定
